DIY Travel
The purpose of this service is to facilitate DIY Holiday for groups wishing to travel to Brittany
in pursuit of their particular interest. You explain what you wish to do and the management
at the Hotel Le Cheval Blanc will arrange it all on your behalf. The following budget is
based on six nights for a group of eight with two people sharing accommodation. The minimum duration is 3 nights. You will receive a cost breakdown in response to your query. The service includes collection from ferry port or airport.or train station

Set Dancing & Traditional Music
As a set dancer and or traditional Irish musician this service offers you the opportunity to visit Brittany and meet local dancers and musicians. It is possible to share tradition and you will meet many Bretonne people who have a great interest in Irish music and dance. At the hotel ‘Le Cheval Blanc’ there is a project to develop Irish and Bretonne music and dance cultural exchange programs.
Standard Service
This budget estimation is based on a group of eight and with two people sharing.
All costs are subject to change without notice. Where discounts are available they are received
by you. Transportation includes a driver. The driver will take you through the agreed
itenary set out for each day. We provide tourist information to help you plan your visit.
Cost of getting here and travel insurance etc are NOT included but we provide on our web site information to help identify the most cost effective route based on your location.
The cost of entrance fees where they apply, i.e. green fees for golf, access to gardens etc are
NOT included. We will however identify such costs at the time of enquiry as many such costs
vary between venues and seasons.

Transport and Driver 20€
Will arrange a 9 seated vehicle with driver. The drive will assist you gain
access to your choice of activity and prepare the picnic and or BBQ
When that lunch option is chosen.
150 Kilometres per day are included in the hire cost, 0.20 is charged for
Each additional kilometre. When your ininery is agreed we can calculate an
accurate distance total (+ - 5%).
Driver cost is calculated on a 7 hour day. Additional hourly rate will be
1.50./head/hour
Fuel - 05.00€
Cost is based on an average 120 Kilometres per day.
Additional fuel will be pump price divided by eight.
Accommodation at Le Cheval Blanc Hotel Plancoet - 25.00€
Accommodation is based on two people sharing and includes breakfast.
Lunch - 10€
This can be a set menu at selected restaurants’ or the hotel can arrange a picnic
or BBQ and in this case beer & wine will be included in the price.
Dinner - 20€
3 course set menus at different selected restaurants. You can spend more of course if you so wish.

Process
Form your group and appoint one contact person with whom we will develop your itinerary. You supply email address for each person and we will distribute all information to each member of the group. We help you research the best route to get here and pass on any cost saving suggestion we have.
