It is the second oldest golf course in France and designed by architect Tom Dunn , a Scot in 1887. It is a traditional links course but testing and again if the auld game is over par then the wonderful panoramic sea views will make your visit worth while.

Des Ormes golf club is 45 Kls from the Hotel le Cheval Blanc Plancoet
but with the execellent road network it can be reached in 35/40 minutes. While down that way we will have a look at the ancient town of Dol de Britagne. This golf course is a mature parkland course based in the heart of a 370-acre private estate with its own 16th century castle.
